Strategy & Concept
The main goals of this design were to update the current static Destination Rewards template to include the branding of Verizon and to make the site more engaging for Verizon customers.
For a more inviting experience we needed to make the site responsive and call more attention to the offers that generate the most interest. Cleaning up the design and removing the clutter would focus and modernize the layout.
Action & Execution
The first step was to include the large white Verizon header. To keep the secondary navigation simple I condensed the content and brought all the rewards navigation and account information into the gray nav bar.
In order to increase engagement we brought the three most important categories up and replaced the hero section with live offers. All the imagery on the site increased in size and the the layout became responsive. We reduced the information overload and only presented details necessary to peak interest.
